Once your credit repair process has begun, you will not be eligible for a refund. This is because our services include detailed credit analysis, drafting, and submission of dispute letters, all of which require significant time and effort.

By agreeing to our service terms, you acknowledge and accept that:
1. No refunds will be issued once we have started working on your credit file.
2. The initial consultation fee and any setup fees are also non-refundable.
